SILICONE AND VITON® GASKETS AND SEALS TRICOMP Silicone Seals are Standard in FDA Approved Materials

Tricomp extruded silicone rubber gaskets and seals are ideally suited for a wide range of applications, particularly where extremes in heat, cold and other severe operating conditions are present. Tricomp silicone seals are available for temperatures ranging from -178°F to +550°F.

Tricomp standard silicone extrusions include "p" and "e" profiles (with hollow bulbs), "u" channels, steel-core clips-on seals, "D" sections as well as solid and sponge cords, squares, rectangles, ribbed sections and hollow "teardrops."

Tricomp seals, made of Viton®, have excellent resistance ot oils, fuels, lubricants, most mineral acids, and many aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons at a temperature range from 0°F to +425°F.

SILICONE "P", "e", "D" PROFILES
Easily mounted with metal strip, screws, rivets or with adhesive on enclosure doors, panels or frames. Available in general in general-purpose (-70°F to +400°F) or high-temperature (-70°F to +550°F) silicone rubber.

Seals and protects edges from 1/16" to 5/16." -70 °F to +550°F.

 

 

SILICONE STEEL-CORE CLIP-ON SEALS
Extrusions with spring-steel clips protect edges and seal gaps between surfaces. Three configurations for different design requirements fit 1/16" to 3/16"
edge thicknesses. -40°F to +350°F.

CUSTOM GASKETS/SEALS   Tricomp will help you in designing a custom gasket or seal and will produce the new die or mold needed to give you the best answer for your application. In addition to Silicone and Viton®, we extrude and mold PVC, TPE, Neoprene, and EPDM.

SPLICING, CORNER MOLDINGS Tricomp will splice extruded strips into O-rings, or form them into rectangular assemblies to your dimensions. We can also laminate pressure sensitive adhesive to strips and gasket assemblies.
